TECHNICAL INFORMATION

We have 15 years manufacture experience of screen printing , 3D forming and in mold decoration,  illumination technology development to meet high level specification, with 10 years overseas project development experience,Our work begins with developing a clear and structured technical understanding of what our client needs, transmission, Lab value,  glossiness and reliability test requirements .  Our professional engineer team are familiar with the performance of raw material, specialized in solution optimization.

SCREEN PRINTING

There are 10 automatic high volume print lines in our 10,000 clean-workshop.

Our ink system has good adhesion, lower emission and good abrasion resistance.  We offer excellent quality, efficiency and capabilities to our customers.

HIGH-PRESSURE FORMING

Rich experience on high-pressure forming technical development .

Film design for graphics to balance the distorting caused by forming to make it close to the original design in short development terms, position tolorence is inside ±0.4,

IN MOLDING LABEL

We passionately develop and apply new techniques to turn your product ideas into reality.
Using the latest new generation technologies decorates parts during the moulding process – in-mould labelling (IML). This innovative process allow us to produce a wide range of high quality complex parts and products, foil printing and tooling specialists work together and focus on latest IML technology, we produce pre-decorated items with precision, care and unlimited flexibility in terms of design and look.

ILLUMINATION DEVELOPMENT
To reach the required values of illumination an inspection of the illumination of components from is necessary.

The technical procedure of the illumination measurements and the representation of the measured values occurs in agreement with customer. Ink dm-values development will be necessary to reach the specified values of illumination.
The control of serial-production is based on the Dm values defined at the end of the illumination development process.
